⚠️ RESTRICTIONS ON SHIPPING TO CERTAIN COUNTRIES

Due to COVID-19 restrictions or other service disruptions, some countries may have suspended shipping. If this is the case, I will hold your order shipment until I can ship it, or I may offer a refund if the restrictions won't be lifted in the foreseeable future.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal! If you don't have a PayPal account, there should be an option to pay with debit/credit card through the PayPal Guest checkout. I also accept payment via Stripe now.

 

Can I cancel my order?

I generally do not allow cancellations of orders, particularly for non-profit projects like my P4P pins. However, I try to be understanding of emergency situations. Please contact me in these cases. Please keep in mind that most of my items will be preorders, so take into consideration the wait time of production before purchasing!

 

Can I combine shipping?

Due to most of my items being preorders and having different production times, it may be difficult for me to combine shipping. However, if situations allow, I will gladly combine shipping and refund any excess fees for orders under the same recipient name and shipping address. Please do not count on me to combine in-stock items with those that haven't arrived yet. If preorder items drop in the shop together, you're welcome to order them together because I'll expect that anyways. Please contact me if you would like to combine shipping. Please do not order preorders with in-stocks.

 

When can I expect my items?

I intend to ship out items as soon as I can! I post about pin progress and unexpected delays/problems as frequently as I can on my Twitter @kwaaru under the tag #kwaaruP4P. These updates are retweeted by @kwaaruP4P. I also keep statuses collectively at this page on my Carrd. Production for pins can take 1-3+ months depending on complexity and quantity. It also takes time for me to pack all orders (I'm not Amazon with hundreds of thousands of fulfillment workers, it's just me!). I also work a full-time job and have other hobbies. Thank you for your patience as I aim to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Important Kickstarter updates will appropriately be posted on the Kickstarter page in the Updates section. If you are a backer, you should get an email notification about any update post.

 

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If your package has been returned to sender, you wrote your address incorrectly, or you received the wrong item, please email me / send in a contact form about it as soon as you can. I will try to figure out the best solution.

If your order was lost or damaged on the way, unfortunately I cannot help with this. I try to package items as securely as possible, but I can't prevent everything. I would recommend contacting the post office to see if they can help track your package down or provide compensation. If you purchased insurance for your package, you may contact me if you need help facilitating a claim.
